Zimbabwe has been a member of CQUIN since the network first launched in 2017.

As of 2024, UNAIDS estimates that Zimbabwe has 1,300,000 [1,200,000-1,500,000] adults and children living with HIV, and an HIV prevalence of 9.8% in adults aged 15-49 [12.1% in women and 7.4% in men]. An estimated 95% of people know their HIV status, 95% of people who know their status are on treatment, and 91% of those on treatment are virally suppressed.

In 2025, Zimbabwe participated in CQUIN-supported HIV service prioritization assessments to support the sustainability of HIV programs amid a changing global funding landscape.
