Building on discussions from AIDS 2026, this webinar brought together representatives from ministries of health, civil society, and technical partners to explore practical approaches to prioritizing HIV programs in resource-constrained settings. Speakers shared country experiences and discussed how decision-support tools such as TIER-Plus can help guide transparent, evidence-informed planning and resource allocation.
