Ending HIV as a public health threat by 2030 is within reach; however, success will require careful data analysis, innovative approaches to strengthen and expand HIV testing to identify those with undiagnosed HIV infection, and sustained viral load suppression for all people living with HIV. Ending HIV as a public health threat will also require continued focus on preventing new infections and equity in accessing HIV services.
