Checklist from Kenya
Recognizing the challenges of swiftly identifying and managing patients at high risk of HIV disease progression, ICAP worked with the Kenya Ministry of Health to develop a structured package of care for patients with severe immunosuppression (CD4 < 100 cells/mm3) that includes details about the “how” as well as the “what” of service delivery. This SIPOC Checklist illustrates key steps and resources.
